Refund and Returns Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction, and we gladly accept returns within the specified period if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Items must be in unused, original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery. Non-returnable items include gift cards, personalized products, and final sale items.

  2. Return Window
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns initiated after 30 days may be eligible for store credit but are subject to a restocking fee. After 60 days, no returns are accepted.

  3. Refund Process
    Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  4. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges if you need a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Start an exchange request within the return window to check availability. Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns.

  5. Return Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
